If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we guarantee to exchange any goods or refund your money, provided you contact us within seven days of receiving your order.

PLEASE NOTE: Milestone Games is not responsible for costs incurred in supplying or returning correctly supplied and undamaged goods, and we reserve the right to charge a handling fee of up to 20% of the value of the goods. We recommend that returned items are sent by Recorded Delivery. In the case of wrongly supplied or damaged goods we will refund your postage costs.
Milestone Games reserves the right to alter or amend the specifications and/or prices of the products offered for sale, or withdraw them completely without prior notice.
Our Guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.

We normally aim to despatch your order to you within 36hrs of the order being placed. The shipping method will depend on the size and weight of you order. Shipping confirmation and method used will be confirmed once the item has been despatched.
Orders within the UK are generally received within four working days.. International orders are generally received in seven to ten working days (less if within Europe). To enquire about the status of an order please email despatches@milestonegames.com
